IAM Electronics Co.,Ltd. was founded in
1967 and became one of the industry leaders in thick film
technology. Today the company produces Hybrid IC, Chip Trimmer
Resistor, Chip Array and related products. In 1974 the company
started production of steatite a basic material for the electronics
industry. From raw material to finished product IAM's vertical
operation gives our customer a complete and dedicated source
for quality products. In 1984 production of alumina substrate
began and is now a fully automated process. With almost 20
years of manufacturing experience the company now combines
superior thick film technology with alumina substrate production
to insure our products' reliability and the ability to satisfy
our customers' specific requirements. We will continue to
expand and develop high quality products through our dedication
